SellSharp Reports

System Overview: Pipeline Management

The SellSharp Sales Pipeline Management System helps you set your personal business goals, then shows you the value you earn week by week as you achieve them.  It's unique formulas use your own experience to find the value - and cost - of each sales activity you do.  Just enter the number of times you performed an activity in a week, then review your reports.  You'll see the status of your pipeline, you'll see how much potential income you already have in process, and you'll get the invaluable weekly feedback shown below.  All you need to do is compare where you're at and what you're doing to the goals you've set and you'll immediately see what needs to be done.

Many agents enter their activities each day (it only takes a moment), to see what more is needed for the week.  Others plug in future data to see how a different mix of activities can effect income - a great year-end budgeting tool.

Set your goal, watch your progress, make course corrections when needed, and you'll quickly reach your "personal best" in real estate sales production.

Pipeline

See the stages your clients pass through as you move them from general population to satisfied customer.  You can even estimate the average stage-to-stage conversion rate and see how many will close, how long they will take and how many people you need at each stage to meet your business goals.

Potential Income

See how much potential income is in your pipeline today.  SellSharp uses the number of people you have in each stage and your own business parameters to estimate your income, then spreads the income over time so you can see when it might arrive.

Two ways to look at it:

Sometimes it's easier to see a picture of where you're at.  The donut chart does just that - showing you the money you can make from your current work in process.  As you refine your pipeline and work your plan, this money becomes yours!

Weekly Earned Value

Now you can see the total value you produce week-by-week. Are you doing the most productive activities?  See for yourself.  Are your activities enough to meet your goals?  See for yourself!  The Weekly Earned Value report shows you the value - in dollars - your actions could eventually bring in, and lets you decide if it's enough or if you want to do more to get more.

Weekly Costs

Whether you're tracking your costs or budgeting for the future, this chart shows what your activity costs are for any period that you've entered data.  Finally you can see how your costs vary with your activities.

Weekly Net ROI

Are you making progress?  Or are you spending more than you stand to make?  Your Weekly ROI chart shows you if the work your doing is the right work for your business objectives.  An ROI of 1.0 means you're breaking even - making the same amount of money your time and materials are costing.  Watch this chart weekly, pick activities that make it grow, and watch yourself beat your goals!.
